By booking a lesson or using this website, you confirm that:

Bookings & Reservations

  • All bookings are subject to availability.
  • A reservation is confirmed only after payment deposit has been received.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate booking information.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings when necessary for safety or operational reasons.

Payments

  • Prices displayed on the website may be shown in IDR, USD, or other currencies.
  • Full payment or deposit may be required before the lesson date.
  • Payments are processed through available payment methods listed on the website.
  • Prices may change without notice, but confirmed bookings will not be affected.

Cancellation Policy

  • Customer Cancellation
    • Cancellation more than 48 hours before the scheduled lesson may qualify for a 70% refund.
    • Cancellation within 24–48 hours may receive partial refunds depending on the booking.
    • No refunds are provided for no-shows or late arrivals.
    Company Cancellation

    We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule lessons due to:

    • Unsafe weather
    • Ocean conditions
    • Instructor availability
    • Safety concerns
    • Force majeure events

    In such cases, customers may receive:

    • A rescheduled session, or
    • A refund based on the situation.

Health & Fitness

  • Participants must ensure they are physically and medically fit for surfing activities.

    Customers must inform instructors of:

    • Medical conditions
    • Injuries
    • Physical limitations
    • Pregnancy
    • Any condition that may affect participation

    We reserve the right to deny participation if safety may be compromised.

Assumption of Risk

  • Surfing is an outdoor ocean activity that carries inherent risks, including but not limited to:

    • Injury
    • Drowning
    • Strong currents
    • Collisions
    • Reef cuts
    • Marine life hazards
    • Changing weather and wave conditions

    By participating, you voluntarily accept all associated risks.

Liability Limitation

  • Photos and videos may be taken during lessons or surf trips for promotional purposes including:

    • Social media
    • Advertising materials

    By participating, you grant permission for such use unless you inform us otherwise before the activity begins.

Website Use

  • All website content including:

    • Images
    • Videos
    • Logos
    • Text
    • Branding

    Users agree not to:
